  • Foam rubber rack; These are designed as the name indicates us of foam rubber, a material that can resist chemicals and solvents. Other than that is the fact that it is very moldable.
  • Pipette racks; As their name indicates, they are designed for pipettes. Preventing the tips of these from touching the surface.
  • Incubation rack; These racks are made for incubation in a water bath. Because of this they can float on water.
  • Protective racks; They are made with acrylic resins, being used especially when beta radiation is part of the experiment.
  • Isofreeze racks; These come with a cooling gel. This is done in order to keep the sample below 4 ° C.

Finally we have the single-use racks and the lid racks. The former are characterized by being made of polyethylene and by being very cheap. While the latter to be used to store long-term refrigerated samples.
